Terms and Conditions

By using Drive4Less car rental services, Drive4Lessyou agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully for a hassle-free rental experience.

1. Purpose of the Agreement

This vehicle rental agreement is made between Drive4Less and the renter, who agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined below.

2. Rental Conditions

• Minimum Age: The renter must be at least 21 years old. Drivers under 25 may incur additional charges.
• Driver's License: The renter must present a valid driver's license for at least one year. International drivers must provide an international driver's license or an official translation of their license.

3. Rental Duration

• Extension: Any extension of the rental period must be requested and approved by Drive4Less before the end of the initial period.

4. Insurance

• Included Insurance: The vehicle is covered by liability insurance. A deductible may apply in the event of damage or theft.
• Additional Options: Additional insurance options are available to reduce or eliminate the deductible.

5. Fuel

• Fuel Policy: The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as when it was picked up. Refueling fees may apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

6. Vehicle Usage

• Authorized Use: The vehicle is for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes, transporting paying passengers, or participating in races.
• Driving Zone: The vehicle can only be driven within the geographical areas specified in the agreement. Any travel outside these zones requires prior authorization from Drive4Less.

7. Vehicle Return

• Return Time: The vehicle must be returned at the agreed time. Unauthorized delays will incur additional charges.
• Vehicle Condition: The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as when rented, except for normal wear and tear. Repair fees will apply in case of damage.

8. Payment

• Payment: Payment must be made in full at the time of vehicle pickup. Accepted payment methods include credit cards and cash.
• Security Deposit: A security deposit is required at the time of rental. This deposit will be refunded after the vehicle's return, provided there are no damages or additional charges.

9. Cancellation

• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 48 hours before the rental date will receive a full refund. Late cancellations may incur cancellation fees.

10. Renter's Responsibilities

• Damage and Theft: The renter is responsible for any damage or theft of the vehicle during the rental period unless additional insurance has been purchased.
• Fines and Violations: The renter is responsible for all fines, penalties, or violations of traffic laws incurred during the rental period.

11. Claims
